Partners at Heart (a history)

Partners at Heart was established in 1993 by Port Huron Hospital and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital to provide comprehensive cardiac care to the Blue Water communities. This program works in concert with local cardiac care and surgical specialists.

Partners at Heart mortality, stroke and kidney failure rate for surgical patients have been surpassing both comparative community-based hospital and national rates, enabling residents of our community to access high-quality cardiac care close to home.
