HeartLink Club - A Cardiac Support Group
Have you ever:
- Had a heart attack?
- Been diagnosed as high-risk for heart disease?
- Had by-pass or other heart surgery?
Do you:
- Have a pacemaker?
- Have to alter your lifestyle because of heart problems?
- Have a close family member who has a cardiac condition?
You may need the support and friendship that the HeartLink Club can provide. The group is designed to provide information, discuss topics chosen by the group, have guest speakers and encourage those who are living with a heart-related problem. This is a free club. There are no obligations.
When: The 2nd Tuesday of every month
January-March; May-December: at Port Huron Hospital, the Duffy room
April ONLY: at St. Joseph Mercy Health Center Fort Gratiot Location, 24th Ave.
Time: 6:30-8:15 pm (refreshments are served)
