Partners at Heart Hosts Healthy You Program

Fort Gratiot, MI - Partners at Heart, with support of the St. Clair County Health Department, will be hosting a series of "Healthy You" monthly educational presentations beginning with FREE blood pressure and body mass index (BMI) screenings Tuesday, April 10, 8:30 to 10 a.m. in the Food Court of Birchwood Mall, located in Fort Gratiot, Michigan.

These free, fun, and informative monthly programs are designed to encourage individuals and families to increase their physical activity levels and make healthier lifestyle choices.

The events are being held in conjunction with, but not limited to, the Mall Walking program, and will also include a walking log book which will be available at the carousel to allow mall walking participants to keep track of their progress.
